About the role
Role: ServiceNow Developer Experience: 5 - 10 Years Location: Chennai (World Trade Center) - WFO Main Tasks & Responsibilities Create and maintain/deploy custom applications using AppEngine Studio. Design and implement table structures. Implement integrations with source systems via REST, JDBC Load, etc. Design, build, and adjust custom flows using Flow Designer (approvals, tasks, notifications). Customize Service Portal components such as ticket pages, approvals, and custom widgets. Configure and enhance ServiceNow Workspace. Perform server-side and client-side scripting for validations, automation, business rules, and logic. Configure and maintain ACLs (Access Control Lists). Qualifications & Requirements Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, particularly AppEngine. Mandatory Certification: Certified System Administrator (CSA). Certified Application Developer (CAD). Nice to Have: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities. 5+ years of experience in JavaScript or equivalent technologies. 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator and AppEngine Developer.
