About the role
¿ More than 5 years of experience in Desktop Support ¿ Experience in User Support environments. ¿ Experience in Windows 10 Upgrades. ¿ Knowledge of Windows 7 through Windows 10 and the ability to install integrate and support these operating systems. ¿ Be able to install, maintain and troubleshoot MS Office Applications. ¿ Install VDI client software remotely or on desk of end users. ¿ Strong understanding of internetworking concepts; File shares,TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS. ¿ Strong knowledge of client/server computing. ¿ Kowledge on Interconnecting computer and peripherals (e.g Monitor, Printers, Scanners). ¿ Experience in backup and restore of user profiles settings such as Favorites, Documents, network drives and other preferrences. ¿ Understanding of Remote Desktop Protocol. ¿ Experiene on End User Computing Projects. ¿ Experience in working on Windows OS Upgrade projects. ¿ Experienced on providing hand and feet support for end user Hardware refresh projects.
