txt JOB SUMMARY Job Title: Desktop Analyst Number of needs: 1 Duration of Assignment: 6 months Work hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities Tier 1 Technical Support: Hands-on experience with ticket triage, troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving end-user technical issues, and managing user accounts, permissions, and shared resources. Hybrid A/V Support: Demonstrated experience supporting hybrid meetings and events, including Zoom, conference room technology, on-site A/V equipment, microphones, displays, and related hardware. Organization & Documentation: Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate technical documentation, follow established support processes, and communicate effectively with end users and technical teams. Flexibility: Available to work occasional evenings and weekends in support of meetings, special events, and other business needs. Required Qualifications Professional Appearance: Clean-cut, polished, and customer-focused demeanor.
