Willing to work in shifts and weekends Responsible to work on updating incident,remediation task,Problem root cause analysis task in ServiceNow application Required to participate in Change management activities Should possess ability to communicate with end users and capture tickets / incidents related to application over phone / IM Should be available for on-call support as needed .
