Lead Consultant-Consulting, Band 4A Position Type Full Time Required Skills Primary- Business Analyst in the insurance domain, preferably with Employer Stop Loss (ESL) under Accident and Health. Secondary - Strong understanding of technical architecture, system integration, and API interactions. Detailed Job Description Requirements · Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for A&H insurance products. · Work closely with the technical team to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation. · Understand and interpret technical architecture, system design, and integration requirements. · Facilitate discussions between business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity and completeness of requirements. · Define and document user stories, process flows, and system interactions. · Participate in solution design discussions and provide insights into business needs and feasibility. · Support the development and testing teams by clarifying requirements, validating solutions, and ensuring business objectives are met. · Assist in the development of test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) strategies. · Identify and document gaps in existing systems and propose enhancements or new solutions. · Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies relevant to A&H insurance. Requirements · 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain, preferably with A&H insurance experience. · Strong understanding of technical architecture, system integration, and API interactions. · Ability to comprehend and articulate technical implementation details and their impact on business processes. · Experience working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. · Excellent documentation skills, including creating BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams. · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. · Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams. · Good to have- Knowledge of cloud-based solutions, microservices, and enterprise application architecture is a plus. · Prior experience working with policy administration systems, claims processing, or underwriting platforms is an advantage.
