Requirements 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain, preferably with A&H; insurance experience. Strong understanding of technical architecture, system integration, and API interactions. Ability to comprehend and articulate technical implementation details and their impact on business processes. Experience working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. Excellent documentation skills, including creating BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams. Good to have- Knowledge of cloud-based solutions, microservices, and enterprise application architecture is a plus.
