Role Overview: You should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with a valid ECP certification being optional. As a SAP US Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for handling US Payroll and HR processes in a technical capacity, specifically in PA/OM and Payroll modules. Key Responsibilities: - Work on at least two implementation projects related to SAP US payroll - Collaborate effectively in large and disparate teams - Understand business processes and document as-is processes - Design and recommend to-be processes - Map business processes to SAP/SuccessFactors - Analyze system limitations and requirement gaps - Configure and unit test in relevant SAP/SuccessFactors modules - Write and review Functional Specification/Configuration Workbook documents - Develop test scenarios, scripts, cases, and data - Lead or support cutover preparation, go-live activities, and hypercare support - Troubleshoot payroll schema, PCR's, and fix errors - Demonstrate strong payroll skills with a good understanding of benefits, time management, and OM/PA - Conduct interfaces testing with mapping and validation - Possess good knowledge of country-specific tax forms and year-end activities Qualification Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP US payroll - Experience with US Payroll and HR processes in a technical capacity - Knowledge of payroll schema, PCR's, and troubleshooting - Familiarity with benefits, time management, OM/PA, and interfaces testing - Understanding of country-specific tax forms and year-end activities.
