Summary: We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to drive end-to-end business solutioning for insurance clients. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and consulting, enabling organizations to unlock value through effective requirements management, process optimization, and platform-driven innovation. Responsibilities: Lead business discovery workshops and gather detailed requirements from global insurance stakeholders Analyze business processes, regulatory needs, and operational challenges to identify solution opportunities Perform fit-gap analysis and map business requirements to platform capabilities Create user stories, business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications Develop wireframes, mockups, and user journeys using tools like Figma, Visio, or Miro Collaborate with architects and implementation teams to design scalable solutions Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams Support UAT, testing, and solution validation activities Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in business analysis Requirements: 814 years of experience in Business Analysis / Functional Consulting / Product Consulting Strong expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain (underwriting, claims, policy admin) Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and solution design Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar tools Expertise in creating user stories, wireframes, functional specifications, and process flows Familiarity with workflow platforms, BPMN tools, and low-code/no-code solutions Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Exposure to global clients (US/Europe insurance markets) is highly preferred Whats in it for you Opportunity to work with global insurance leaders and cutting-edge platforms High-visibility role with end-to-end ownership and leadership exposure Work on AI-driven, automation-led transformation initiatives Fast-paced learning environment with strong career growth and leadership opportunities Collaborative and innovation-focused culture Reach Us: If you feel this opportunity is well aligned with your career progression plans, please feel free to reach me with your updated profile at rishabh.midha@crescendogroup.in for a confidential discussion on role.
