Responsibilities Act as a trusted technical advisor and primary point of contact for enterprise AWS customers. Drive AWS adoption, cloud modernization, and optimization initiatives across customer environments. Provide strategic consulting on cloud architecture, cost optimization, security, scalability, and high availability. Collaborate with DevOps, Engineering, and Managed Services teams to design and implement cloud solutions. Conduct business reviews, technical workshops, capability demonstrations, and stakeholder engagement sessions to drive customer success. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree with 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, Systems Administration, or Application Development. Strong handson expertise in AWS services including EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, CloudFront, CloudTrail, and related services. Good understanding of modern cloudnative architectures including Containers, Serverless, Landing Zones, and Infrastructure as Code. Exposure to DevOps tools such as Terraform, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, Chef, Datadog, New Relic, or similar technologies. Strong clientfacing consulting experience with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problemsolving skills.
