Experience Quality Assurance Engineer

Educational Qualification Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to understand software requirements and design comprehensive test plans. Develop and execute manual and automated test cases to verify the functionality, performance, and security of software applications. Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using bug tracking systems and ensure timely resolution. Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously identified defects have been fixed and do not resurface. Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential issues and ensure optimal user experience. Participate in the design and implementation of test automation frameworks and tools to enhance efficiency and test coverage. Analyze test results, generate test reports, and provide feedback to stakeholders on product quality. Collaborate with developers to reproduce, debug, and resolve identified issues. Continuously update testing processes and methodologies based on industry best practices. Contribute to the improvement of software development practices by providing feedback on quality-related processes. Key Skills Required Proficiency in manual testing techniques and experience with test case design and execution. Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools. Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python) and experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment. Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team. Prior Knowledge and testing experience in Salesforce is a plus. ISTQB certification or other relevant certifications are a plus.
