Key Role Responsibility: Ensuring the optimum availability of the plant equipment to achieve the business requirements by ensuring preventive and predictive maintenance practice implementation. Ensuring and monitoring the 4P system are in place and effective implementation of each part of 4P system to ensure the desired level of reliability & MTBF of equipment. Monitoring Maintenance planning for Preventive, Predictive & schedule maintenance and equipment history. Ensure timely creation of CFT team for RCFA creation for all kind of stoppage as per guide line and Monitoring the root cause analysis of equipment breakdowns & elimination of root causes. Ensuring the Condition monitoring (Vibration analysis, NDT oil analysis thermography, wear measurement of VRM casting etc.) for checking the equipment present health condition and sharing the status to the management. Identification of project for Reliability, Efficiency & productivity Improvement and preparation of the CAPEX proposals with complete details for management review and approval. Feasibility study for Capex based on budgetary offer and for approval from management. Co-ordination with the equipment suppliers & other vendors for technical up gradation / debottlenecking / Capex requirements. Identification of potential suppliers and Floating enquiries, discussion/review on offer and preparation of technical evaluations sheet, scope sheet, internal costing & PG documents. Monitoring the Safety Compliance for the new projects to achieve Zero accidents in the plant. Finalization of engineering for projects. Analysis of key KPI of Plant performance and informing the management if any deviation has observed against target. Monitoring the housekeeping and eco-friendly environment of the plant. Checking the shutdown history of critical equipment major overhauling. Monitoring the equipment for its effective functioning and time to time calibration. Monitoring the vibration readings of the equipment Monitoring the Kiln annul shutdown planning for successful completing the all plan jobs during shutdown. Ensuring compliance of IMS (ISO 9001+14001 & 45001 & EnMS ISO 50001:2018) system are in place and coordination for recertification and periodic surveillance audit by external agency. Arranging and controlling the Manpower for projects. Building a vibrant team, Managing Succession planning, developing the second line and improving the competency levels of the team. Preparation of the overall plan on Technical requirements in line with the Business Plan. Preparation of KRA'S for the self and subordinates as per the business plan & monitoring the same. Plan and ensure training needs for development of Engineers & workmen. Budget planning for the department. Monitoring the Capex jobs and Controlling of Capex Budget. Monitoring & Clearing the PGs for completed projects & giving the input for taking the insurance for equipment during installation period. Planning and guiding to develop the drawings for the project jobs and for spare parts. Ensuring the systems and controls are in-place for better operation. Maintaining all system of SAP.
