Position: Lead Architect Experience: 8+ years Lead the preparation and development of architectural design and construction drawings. Analyze project requirements and participate in conceptual, schematic, and detailed design development. Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and company graphical standards. Coordinate faade design, building systems, accessibility, and fire & life safety requirements. Knowledge of international building codes, fire & life safety, accessibility, acoustics, faade systems, and material specifications. Excellent command of English language. Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Revit. Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Additional knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Navisworks will be an added advantage. Education & Experience: Arch. from a reputed institution. 825 years of relevant professional experience with robust technical competency. * .
