Wintel Lead - Hyper-V & Virtualization

Job Title Wintel Lead HyperV & Virtualization Location Pune Experience 10+ years Responsibilities Act as Lead/SME for HyperV, Windows Server, Failover Clustering, and Physical Servers. Lead Wintel operations, manage customer calls, daily reports, and escalation handling. Manage HyperV clusters, S2D (HCI), and VMware environments. Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers (Physical & VM). Handle hardware issues and coordinate with OEM vendors. Perform patching, health checks, and performance monitoring. Support File Server, Print Server, RDS, P2V, V2V, and HyperV Replication. Troubleshoot incidents, perform RCA, and minimize downtime. Drive SLA adherence and ensure operational excellence. Required Skills Datacenter Wintel Stack (HyperV, WSFC, S2D, SCVMM, File Server).
