About the role
DevOps Engineer Location: Gurgaon | Experience: 2–5 Years Role Objective As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the automation and reliability of our cloud-native applications. You will work on the front lines of deployment, ensuring that our GitHub Actions and ArgoCD pipelines are fast, secure, and compliant. Tech Stack Cloud: AWS (ECS, EKS, API Gateway, Lambda, VPC, Kafka, Redis, RDS, Opensearch) IaC: Terraform CI/CD: GitHub Actions, ArgoCD (GitOps) Observability: Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, OpenTelemetry Standards: PCI-DSS, SOC2, CIS Benchmarks Key Responsibilities Container Management: Deploy and manage services across AWS EKS and ECS . Automation: Write and maintain Terraform modules to ensure Infrastructure as Code is the only way we provision resources. Shift Left: Integrate automated security scanning (SAST/DAST) and cost-checkers directly into GitHub Actions. Observability: Instrument services with OpenTelemetry and build Grafana dashboards for real-time monitoring. Requirements Domain: Previous experience in Fintech or high-stakes transactional environments. Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS (VPC, API Gateway, IAM). Tools: Proficiency with GitHub Actions , ArgoCD , and Terraform . Mindset: A strong belief that manual is a bug.
