As an Associate Product Manager II - Consumer at Delivery Hero India, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our product experience through data-driven insights and a deep understanding of consumer needs. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and optimizing growth loops to cater to diverse user personas while ensuring system scalability. - Analyzing user behavior using both quantitative and qualitative insights to identify growth barriers. - Helping to design, set up, and execute A/B tests, feature rollouts, and upsell/cross-sell tactics to improve key product metrics. - Collaborating daily with marketing, engineering, UI/UX design, and customer success teams to ensure the successful implementation of growth features. Qualifications required for this role include: - 2-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or growth-focused roles, preferably within B2C sectors such as Food & Beverage, e-commerce, travel, CRM, or Loyalty. - A profound empathy and love for consumers, with the ability to understand different user personas and create scalable product experiences. - A strong eye for clean UI/UX design principles, knowledge of great user flows, and a keen interest in global product trends. - A Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a technical field with a strong academic background. - Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, requirement gathering, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Additionally, familiarity with the following is expected: - AI-Assisted Development & MVP Building, including the use of modern AI-assisted tools to accelerate workflows and independently build, test, and launch functional MVPs. - Standard industry tools for daily product management execution, such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
