Product Design Intern

As a Product Designer 2 at Delivery Hero India, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design lifecycle, from user research to high-fidelity UI execution. Key Responsibilities: - Product Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering leaders to define product roadmaps and design strategies. - User Research & Insights: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, and data analysis to create actionable user personas and growth opportunities. - End-to-End UX/UI Design: Own the execution of features from wireframes to high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes. - Design Systems & Scalability: Contribute to our global design system and ensure designs are component-driven and optimized for scalability. - Growth & Experimentation: Design micro-experiments and A/B test variations to optimize core metrics like acquisition and retention. - Competitive Benchmarking: Stay updated on international product trends and modern interaction patterns to enhance our product's visual aesthetics. Qualifications Required: - 24 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role in fast-paced B2C environments. - Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and industry-standard prototyping tools. - Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and UI craftsmanship. - Experience in leveraging Generative AI and Agentic tools for research synthesis and rapid prototyping. - Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
