Product designer

You will be a part of Delivery Hero India, which is a leading local delivery platform operating in over 70+ countries around the world. As a Product Designer 2, you will be responsible for owning the entire design lifecycle, from deep user research and product strategy to seamless UX architectures and high-fidelity UI execution. Your role goes beyond just making things look beautiful; you will be solving complex problems across diverse user personas while building for massive scale. Your key responsibilities will include: - Partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineering leaders to define product roadmaps and translate complex business goals into simple, scalable, and intuitive design strategies. - Planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, usability testing, and data analysis to synthesize findings into actionable user personas, journey maps, and growth opportunities. - Owning the full execution of features from wireframes, user flows, and information architecture to high-fidelity, pixel-perfect UI designs and interactive prototypes. - Contributing to and championing the global design system, ensuring all designs are component-driven, responsive, and optimized for scalability across Web, Android, and iOS. - Designing continuous micro-experiments, growth loops, and A/B test variations aimed at optimizing core metrics like acquisition, activation, and retention. - Maintaining a sharp eye on international product trends, clean visual aesthetics, and modern interaction patterns to push the product's visual bar higher. Qualifications required for this role: - 24 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role within fast-paced B2C environments. - Mastery of Figma, Miro, and industry-standard prototyping tools. - A strong portfolio demonstrating a balanced mastery over UX thinking and beautiful UI craftsmanship. - Highly proficient in leveraging Generative AI and Agentic tools to accelerate research synthesis and early-stage brainstorming. - Comfort with using rapid prototyping tools to quickly bring concept prototypes to life and test ideas independently. - Strong communication and storytelling skills to present design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.
