As a Compliance Engineering Junior Technical Analyst at EY, you will have the opportunity to work in a unique industry-focused business unit that provides integrated services leveraging deep industry experience, functional capability, and product knowledge. Your role will involve working with multi-disciplinary teams from around the world to deliver a global perspective in areas such as Asset Management, Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, and Private Equity. You will play a critical role in building a better working world for all stakeholders by providing domain expertise in Compliance, drafting functional specifications, ensuring quality assurance, and collaborating with various teams to deliver secure solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Provide domain guidance in areas such as AML, Fraud, Trade Surveillance, Transaction Monitoring, Financial Crime, KYC, or Sanctions Screening - Articulate product features and relevant epics for implementation - Create and own user stories following industry practices and Agile methodology - Perform techno-functional testing for product features and automate testing where possible - Partner with architects and application teams for secure solution delivery - Provide functional support throughout all phases of delivery and guide junior team members Skills and Attributes for Success: Required Skills - 1-4 years of experience as a Business/Technical Analyst in Compliance domains - Ability to work closely with Business and IT stakeholders to draft complete functional specifications - Experience in Agile-driven projects related to functional specifications, data requirements, process flows, and platform requirements - Functional testing experience in medium to large IT applications - Knowledge of industry-leading Compliance platforms and technical skills in data analysis and presentation Preferred Qualifications - Agile certifications - AI familiarity Education: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field At EY, you will be part of a dynamic and truly global delivery network that offers fulfilling career opportunities and the chance to collaborate with teams from various service lines, geographies, and sectors.
