Required Skill Set: Fluency in Japanese, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English. Preferable if the candidate has experience of 8+ years. Must have JLPT N2 or Equivalent certification. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on IT systems and processes.
