Manual QA Engineer with E-commerce/Payment Systems Exp

Role Overview: As a Manual QA Engineer at Droisys, you will be responsible for end-to-end testing in E-commerce, Retail platforms, and Payment Gateway systems. Your role will involve validating customer journeys, ensuring flawless checkout experiences, and driving high-quality releases in fast-paced digital environments. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end E-commerce testing including product search, PDP, cart, checkout, promotions, and order flows. - Perform detailed Payment Gateway testing covering cards, wallets, BNPL, refunds, reversals, and settlement validations. - Validate Retail order lifecycle processes such as order creation, allocation, fulfillment, cancellations, returns, and exchanges. - Develop and execute comprehensive regression test suites for each release. - Conduct API testing for cart, checkout, payment, and order modules using tools like Postman. - Document detailed test cases, scenarios, and test data for functional, integration, and UAT cycles. - Log, track, and verify defects using JIRA or similar tools. - Collaborate with product, engineering, UX, and business teams to ensure high-quality releases. - Support production smoke testing and post-deployment validation. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of hands-on Manual QA experience. - Strong domain expertise in E-commerce and Retail platforms. - Deep experience in testing payment gateways, checkout flows, and transaction systems. - Solid understanding of order management, inventory, shipping, and returns workflows. - Experience with functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing. - Ability to write clear, detailed test cases and test documentation. - Familiarity with API testing, JSON/XML, and backend validation. - Strong communication skills and ability to work in Agile teams.
