We're Hiring Manual QA Engineer Ecommerce | Retail | Payment Systems in Noida, UP Shift: Overlap requried untill 12:30 AM IST Were looking for a Manual QA Engineer with strong experience in Ecommerce, Retail platforms, and Payment Gateway testing. If you excel at validating complex customer journeys, ensuring flawless checkout experiences, and driving highquality releases in fastpaced digital environments, this role is for you. What Youll Do Own endtoend Ecommerce testing across product search, PDP, cart, checkout, promotions, and order flows.Perform deep Payment Gateway testing including cards, wallets, BNPL, refunds, reversals, and settlement validations.Validate Retail order lifecycle: order creation, allocation, fulfillment, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.Build and execute comprehensive regression test suites for every release.Conduct API testing for cart, checkout, payment, and order modules using Postman or similar tools.Document detailed test cases, scenarios, and test data for functional, integration, and UAT cycles.Log, track, and verify defects using JIRA or similar tools.Collaborate with product, engineering, UX, and business teams to ensure highquality releases.Support production smoke testing and postdeployment validation. What You Bring 7+ years of handson Manual QA experience.Strong domain expertise in Ecommerce and Retail platforms.Deep experience testing payment gateways, checkout flows, and transaction systems.Solid understanding of order management, inventory, shipping, and returns workflows.Experience with functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.Ability to write clear, detailed test cases and test documentation.Familiarity with API testing, JSON/XML, and backend validation.Strong communication skills and comfort working in Agile teams. Nice to Have Experience with POS, OMS, WMS, or ERP integrations.Exposure to 3DS, tokenization, fraud checks, and PCIcompliant flows.Mobile app testing (iOS/Android) for retail/ecommerce.SQL knowledge for backend data validation.Experience with A/B testing, feature flags, and release management.
