Junior Product Associate

About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Own and manage assigned product features or functional areas end-to-end. 2. Analyze business problems and convert them into clear product requirements. 3. Create, maintain, and update product requirement documents. 4. Define detailed user flows, edge cases, and acceptance criteria. 5. Write user stories, tasks, and subtasks with clear definitions of done. 6. Manage and track work items using Jira. 7. Maintain structured product documentation in Notion, including PRD, specifications, and decision logs. 8. Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders. 9. Coordinate requirement discussions and provide clarifications during development. 10. Support User Acceptance Testing and validate delivered features. 11. Capture user feedback and operational inputs to recommend product improvements.
