About the role
JOB DESCRIPTION Experience : 5 - 8 Yrs Location : Bengaluru Designation : DevOps Engineer Required Skills : Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in CI/CD pipeline development, with significant experience in Node.js application environments. Technical Skills : Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions. Leading and taking ownership on Node.js toolchain for the company. Can work comfortably with the NodeJs, Typescript and the usual tooling such as esbuild, webpack, npm,ensuring that we get buy-in and built trust with frontend and web platform developers. Expertise in scripting languages (e.g., Bash or Python) for automation. Experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, specifically AWS EKS). Hands-on experience with GitOps tools like Argo CD or Flux CD. Knowledge of cloud platform AWS and their CI/CD integrations. Experience with static code analysis tools. Familiar with industry standards regarding releases, rollbacks, and deployments Problem-Solving Skills : Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration : Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Continuous Improvement : Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve existing processes for better efficiency and effectiveness Mentoring : Mentor junior engineers and leading projects
