Job Summary: 12+ years of experience in laboratory management, electrical and electronics systems, PCB-level soldering, wiring harness assembly, and maintenance of lab equipment. The role is critical in supporting smooth prototyping, validation, and engineering development activities. Skills: Lab Management Oversee daily operations of the electronics laboratory. Ensure the lab is organized, clean, and safe. Maintain inventory of electronic components, tools, and instruments. Equipment Maintenance Maintain, repair, and calibrate electronic equipment such as: Oscilloscopes Power supplies Signal generators Multimeters Troubleshoot faulty lab equipment. Assist engineers, researchers, or students during experiments. Help set up circuits, test benches, and lab setups. Provide technical guidance on electronic systems and instruments. Lead and supervise lab technicians or assistants. Assign tasks and ensure work is completed correctly and safely. Ensure all safety procedures are followed in the lab. Handle electrical safety protocols and equipment usage guidelines. Document lab procedures and test results. Order electronic components, tools, and lab equipment. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers. Train new technicians, students, or staff on lab equipment and procedures. Fine Pitch Soldering Skills. Like Microcontrollers rework, QFN package ICs rework, (0201 & larger) package components assemble Organizational skills, including inventory tracking, and keeping hardware components and tools organized. Component storage skills and Electronics Lab 5S. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose faults in electronic circuits and devices. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures when working with electronic equipment. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey technical information. Familiarity with electronic components and their functions. Understanding basic electronic principles and circuit theory. Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and diagrams. Hands-on engineering work e.g. PCBA debugging, and prototyping. On-field support whenever required.
