Solutions Architect

JOB DESCRIPTION Experience : 12 - 16 Yrs Location : Bangalore Designation : Solution Architect About Role : We are looking for a Technical Solutions Architect with strong full stack engineering, cloud architecture, and delivery leadership experience. The role requires hands-on technical depth along with the ability to guide teams, engage customers, and drive scalable solution delivery. Key Responsibilities : Design scalable full stack solutions using Angular/React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js/Express, and Kafka. Lead architecture for microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications. Drive Azure-based solutioning; AWS/GCP exposure is an advantage. Guide engineering teams on clean code, code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and performance optimization. Support CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps maturity, and production readiness. Implement secure architecture using Auth0, RBAC, authentication, and authorization best practices. Work closely with clients, delivery teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs. Support Agile delivery, JIRA governance, risk management, SOP compliance, and delivery excellence. Mentor engineers, support hiring, and build strong technical capability within the team. Required Experience & Skills : 12-15 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical leadership roles. Prior experience as a Solutions Architect or in an equivalent architecture leadership role is mandatory. Proven experience leading and guiding Full Stack Development teams across design, development, code quality, and delivery execution. Must perform engineering role including solution design, code reviews, debugging, and technical problem-solving. Strong hands-on experience in Angular/React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka. Strong expertise in microservices architecture, scalable system design, APIs, and integration patterns. Cloud architecture experience, preferably on Azure; AWS/GCP exposure is an added advantage. Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps practices, and secure application design. Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and team leadership skills.
