We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead Developer to spearhead the design and delivery of robust, scalable web applications within our engineering team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and high-performance technical solutions, providing architectural guidance and mentorship to drive engineering excellence. Key Deliverables Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering through to deployment and ongoing maintenance. Design and implement complex, scalable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and modern Angular frameworks. Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and adherence to high-quality coding standards. Develop and maintain high-performance REST-based APIs to support seamless integration across web-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to estimate project efforts, manage timelines, and mitigate technical risks. Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, to ensure system reliability. Conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and long-term maintainability. Essential Requirements Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Hands-on experience with Angular (14/16), NgRx Store, RxJS, and responsive web design using HTML5, CSS3, LESS, and SCSS. Deep understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript development. Proven experience in designing and building scalable REST-based APIs. Solid experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). Strong command of software design patterns, principles, and debugging methodologies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and work effectively within a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Prior experience in a technical leadership or mentoring capacity within a large-scale enterprise environment. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
