About the program EduRankAI invites applications for the position of AI Research Scientist Intern to join its Artificial Intelligence Research and Innovation team. This fulltime research internship is designed for highly motivated students and recent graduates who aspire to pursue advanced research in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Large Language Models LLMs, Natural Language Processing NLP, Computer Vision, Responsible AI, and frontier AI technologies. The internship is intended for individuals who are interested in making genuine scientific contributions through hypothesisdriven research, experimental design, rigorous evaluation, and scholarly documentation. As an AI Research Scientist Intern, you will work alongside experienced AI researchers to investigate novel research problems, conduct reproducible experiments, analyse results, and contribute to research that supports EduRankAI's nextgeneration Artificial Intelligence, Education Technology, Product Engineering, and Digital Innovation initiatives. As an AI Research Scientist Intern, you will collaborate with AI researchers, machine learning engineers, research mentors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to design, execute, and evaluate original research projects. Your responsibilities will include identifying research problems, conducting comprehensive literature reviews, formulating hypotheses, designing experimental methodologies, implementing machine learning and deep learning experiments, developing research prototypes, analysing experimental results using statistical techniques, maintaining reproducible research workflows, tracking experiments, comparing baseline models, evaluating model performance, documenting research findings, preparing paperstyle technical reports, assisting in drafting workshop or conferencequality manuscripts, presenting research outcomes during internal seminars, contributing to opensource research initiatives where appropriate, maintaining detailed experiment logs, and supporting the continuous advancement of EduRankAI's AI research roadmap. Applicants should possess a strong foundation in Python programming, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, mathematics, statistics, probability, linear algebra, algorithms, data structures, and scientific research methodology. Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Scikitlearn, NumPy, Pandas, Jupyter Notebooks, Git, experiment tracking platforms such as MLflow or Weights Biases WB, research paper implementation, academic writing, reproducible research practices, and cloudbased AI development environments will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory. Knowledge of Large Language Models LLMs, Generative AI, RetrievalAugmented Generation RAG, Reinforcement Learning, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, AI evaluation methodologies, or Responsible AI concepts will also be beneficial. Candidates with research publications, academic projects, opensource contributions, hackathons, AI competitions, or independent research experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Throughout the internship, participants will receive structured mentorship from experienced AI researchers, continuous technical guidance, regular research reviews, and exposure to industrygrade research methodologies. Interns will gain practical experience in scientific experimentation, research methodology, literature review, hypothesis validation, model evaluation, technical writing, reproducible AI research, collaborative engineering, responsible AI practices, and academic communication while contributing directly to cuttingedge Artificial Intelligence research projects. Interns will contribute to live Artificial Intelligence research projects while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, research integrity, documentation standards, reproducibility practices, responsible AI principles, and project timelines. Participants will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, conduct literature reviews, design and execute research experiments, document findings, present research outcomes during technical seminars, and contribute to scientific publications where appropriate. Successful completion of the internship will be evaluated based on research quality, technical competency, analytical ability, experimental rigor, documentation standards, collaboration, innovation, ownership, consistency, professionalism, and overall contribution throughout the internship.
