About the program EduRankAI invites applications for the position of Business Intelligence Intern to join its Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team. This fulltime internship is designed for students and recent graduates who are passionate about Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Decision Support Systems, Data Engineering, Reporting Automation, and transforming business data into actionable insights. As a Business Intelligence Intern, you will contribute to building scalable BI solutions that empower leadership, product teams, research divisions, and operational stakeholders with reliable dashboards, clean data models, automated reporting pipelines, and meaningful business insights that support strategic decisionmaking across the EduRankAI ecosystem. As a Business Intelligence Intern, you will collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business leaders, product managers, software engineers, AI researchers, finance teams, and operations professionals to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing and building interactive dashboards, creating selfservice reporting solutions, developing and optimizing SQL queries, building and maintaining data models, integrating multiple internal and external data sources, assisting in ETL Extract, Transform, Load workflows, automating recurring reports, validating data accuracy, monitoring data quality, documenting BI models and reporting processes, analysing business trends, generating actionable insights, preparing executive reports, supporting KPI development, maintaining data governance standards, and contributing to continuous improvements in reporting infrastructure and analytics workflows. Applicants should possess a fundamental understanding of SQL, relational databases, data modelling, business analytics, statistics, spreadsheets, and data visualization principles. Familiarity with Business Intelligence platforms such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory. Knowledge of ETL processes, Python, Excel, data warehousing concepts, cloudbased analytics platforms, APIs, Git, or dashboard design best practices will also be beneficial. Candidates with academic projects, internships, certifications, or personal projects related to data analytics, reporting, dashboards, business intelligence, or database management are encouraged to apply. Throughout the internship, interns will receive structured mentorship, continuous technical guidance, exposure to modern Business Intelligence tools, and practical experience in enterprise reporting workflows. Participants will gain handson experience in dashboard development, KPI reporting, business analytics, SQL development, ETL fundamentals, data visualization, stakeholder communication, documentation standards, analytical problemsolving, and collaborative software and analytics development while contributing directly to live business intelligence projects. Participants will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, design dashboards, develop data models, automate reporting workflows, prepare technical documentation, participate in technical reviews, and support continuous improvement of business reporting systems. Successful completion of the internship will be evaluated based on technical competency, analytical ability, dashboard quality, reporting accuracy, documentation standards, collaboration, ownership, consistency, professionalism, and overall contribution throughout the internship.
