About the role
Application Support (AWS + Data Base) 5-10 Yrs Strong understanding of application support processes and customer engagement. Ability to collaborate effectively with onsite teams and stakeholders. Good knowledge of the AWS environment, including reviewing logs and troubleshooting production issues. Basic to intermediate database knowledge with the ability to execute queries for issue investigation and analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of the application functionality and business workflows end-to-end.
