About the role

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for creating and leading solution designs for internal customers in the domain of Patient Services and Innovative Medicine. Your key accountabilities will include: - Supporting product owners/managers in scoping to meet business needs and building potential future roadmap - Developing project rationale and performing scoping assessments to determine project feasibility - Participating in requirement gathering in global/regional workshops - Ensuring that the overall user experience is considered while designing and deploying new solutions and services, maximizing Salesforce Out of the box functionalities - Ensuring that detailed designs adhere to solution architecture design and traceable to functional as well as non-functional requirements - Ensuring adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope - Documenting solution design with agility and ensuring implemented solutions meet specifications and fit for purpose - Helping in planning deployments with Project Managers and Operations Team - Supporting deployments between development environments and validation/production environment Minimum Requirements: - Strong practical functional and some degree of technical knowledge of Salesforce features in Service cloud and Health Cloud along with platform capabilities - University degree in business/technical area or equivalent - Fluent in English both written and spoken - 10+ years of experience in healthcare solution design, business analyst, or equivalent role - Proven track record in large, global, multi-team projects dealing with complex process areas and business groups - Solid understanding of Patient Services capability areas and pharmacovigilance related controls - Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills - Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, fluid, multi-cultural, and multi-disciplinary team - Attention to detail, ability to work under tight timelines without compromising quality, and strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels - Strong can-do attitude and result-focused Additional Details: - Industry: Life Science - IMPORTANT: US Time Zone EST (at least partially), BGC required Login Time 2 pm to 11 Pm As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for creating and leading solution designs for internal customers in the domain of Patient Services and Innovative Medicine.
