About the role
Hiring: Agentforce QA Engineer (Voice Testing) Location: India (Remote) Contract Duration: 3 Months (Potential Extension) We are looking for an experienced Agentforce QA Engineer (Voice Testing) to join an exciting Salesforce AI initiative focused on next-generation autonomous voice agents. Experience Required: 5+ Years in Salesforce QA 1+ Year in Agentforce QA Strong experience in AI-driven testing and voice-enabled solutions Key Responsibilities: Validate voice-enabled autonomous agents using Agentforce Testing Center Test conversational flows, reasoning traces, TIA (Topic/Instruction/Action) execution accuracy Perform Voice Testing across Voice Preview engine and telephony endpoints Evaluate ASR mapping, latency, and NLU accuracy Conduct prompt variance, regression, and hallucination testing Validate Service Cloud Voice integrations (Amazon Connect, Genesys, etc.) Verify Salesforce Flows, VoiceCall records, and end-to-end data consistency Ensure seamless human-agent escalation pathways Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist Salesforce Certified AI Specialist / AI Associate Service Cloud Voice or relevant Salesforce Consultant Certifications If you're passionate about Salesforce AI, Agentforce, Voice Testing, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through autonomous agents, we'd love to hear from you.
