Salesforce Consultant - Sales & Service Cloud

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and solution delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, working directly with business stakeholders, and translating business requirements into technical solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to lead Salesforce implementations from requirement gathering through deployment and post-production support. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions. Lead requirement gathering workshops, document user stories, and translate business needs into technical designs. Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to support business processes. Develop and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and other platform capabilities. Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Connected Apps, middleware, and authentication protocols. Manage application deployments, release management, environment refreshes, testing, and production support following Salesforce best practices. Evaluate new Salesforce releases and recommend features that improve business processes and user experience. Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely support to business users. Conduct user training sessions and assist with user adoption of new Salesforce capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, architects, business analysts, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure Salesforce solutions follow platform best practices, security standards, and scalable architecture principles. Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce solutions. Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization. Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Strong development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. Experience building custom objects, validation rules, workflows, Flows, approval processes, and automation. Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, data model, and design best practices. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Connected Apps, OAuth, and middleware platforms. Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable technical solutions. Proven experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders in requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Administrator, or Platform App Builder. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Exposure to CI/CD, Git, Salesforce DX, Copado, or Gearset is an advantage. (ref:hirist.tech) .
