Summary of the Role We are seeking a skilled Developer with 8-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will specialize in Android development and have a strong background in creating user-centered applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality mobile solutions that enhance our healthcare technology offerings. Key Responsibilities Design and develop native Android applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications. Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and usability. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Android development. Work with backend developers to integrate APIs and other services into the application. Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues in production and development environments. Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications clearly. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide input on project planning and delivery. Required Qualifications Must-Have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 8-10 years of experience in Android development with strong knowledge of Java and Kotlin. Proven experience with Android SDK, design patterns, and version control systems (e.g., Git). Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and best practices. Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating external libraries. Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Nice-to-Have Experience with cross-platform mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter). Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deployment platforms. Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA). Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
