Our team is dedicated to transforming healthcare through technology. Summary of the Role We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with expertise in UiPath to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotic process automation, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for optimizing business processes through automation. The candidate should have 3-8 years of overall IT experience, including a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in UiPath development. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes. Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements. Create and maintain detailed documentation for RPA processes, including design specifications and user manuals. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA workflows to ensure quality and performance standards are met. Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities. Develop scalable and reusable automation frameworks. Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers. Integrate RPA solutions with third-party systems and APIs. Implement Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions for structured and unstructured documents. Monitor and maintain existing RPA processes, making improvements as necessary. Manage bot lifecycle including monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization. Train and support end-users in utilizing RPA solutions effectively. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology and techniques. Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications Must-Have: Proven experience as an RPA Developer, with a strong proficiency in UiPath. Solid understanding of process automation and RPA best practices. Experience with programming languages such as Python, C#, or .NET. Hands-on experience in UiPath development (2+ years). Knowledge of SQL databases and ability to extract and manipulate data. Experience with API integrations, databases, and version control systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Nice-to-Have: Experience in the healthcare domain or familiarity with healthcare processes. UiPath certification or relevant RPA certifications. Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Amazon Web Services (AWS). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience in implementing Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions.
