Jr Product Manager - ServiceNow

At Entain India, we make the impossible possible, together. Job Description You are Junior Product Manager to lead and our Enterprise Applications team, focused on our ServiceNow platform. You'll work with engineering, team members, and end-users to shape and deliver platform capabilities that genuinely improve how people work. You will suit someone who understands ServiceNow fundamentals, thinks from the user's perspective first, and wants to grow into a product leadership path You will own and manage the product backlog for assigned ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, Service Portal, Snow AI initiatives or custom apps) You will gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, architects, and admins to deliver iterative improvements Conduct user research, feedback sessions, and UAT coordination to ensure solutions meet real user needs Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility Define and track product KPIs adoption, CSAT, ticket deflection, process efficiency Support release planning, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder demos Write clear documentation including requirements specs, process flows, and knowledge articles Identify opportunities to leverage native ServiceNow capabilities (Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Portals, Workspaces) before building custom Monitor platform updates and new ServiceNow releases for relevant features Qualifications MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification 23 years of experience in a product, business analyst, or platform delivery role involving ServiceNow Work understanding of ServiceNow platform fundamentals modules, tables, workflows, portals, and catalogue items User empathy you naturally think about the end-user experience and can advocate for simplicity Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery practices Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences you can bridge the gap between technical teams and team members Experience defining and tracking metrics that measure the success of products comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure outcome Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, CSM, or Employee Centre ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ITSM certification Exposure to ITIL processes and terminology Experience running UAT cycles and managing defect assessment Familiarity with integration patterns (REST APIs, MID Servers, SSO) Experience creating ServiceNow dashboards and reports.
