Software Development Engineer - I

As a Software Development Engineer - I at Entain India, you will design, develop, deploy, and maintain software features, either Backend or Frontend, within the Enterprise apps teams. You will be reporting to the Tech Lead and working on moderately complex software components. Joining an accomplished engineering group, you will focus on delivering reliable and scalable applications that support Entain's global operations. Key Responsibilities: - Work on enterprise-grade applications and collaborate with Oracle Integration Cloud. - Design enterprise-grade applications and demonstrate knowledge in Oracle HCM platform. - Engage in at least one end-to-end Oracle ERP Cloud integration project as an OIC Developer. - Utilize Integration frameworks offered by OIC to integrate with Oracle Cloud SaaS applications (ERP, HCM). - Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience integrating Oracle E-Business Suite with Oracle SOA Suite (BPEL, Mediator, E-Biz Adapter, XML, WSDL/XSD). - Have a minimum of 5 years of experience with SOAP/REST Webservices, XML, WSDL, and XSD. - Ability to leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, on-prem adapters, connections, SaaS applications, etc., in the solution. - Experience in performance tuning, testing, and diagnosis of OIC integrations. - Proficient in deployment and release management processes of Oracle SOA Suite and OIC. - Demonstrate excellent client interfacing skills, working with IT and business stakeholders, and writing technical design documents. Qualifications: - Proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills. - Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud. - Committed to continuous learning and development. - Capable of balancing independent work with team collaboration. - Expertise in basic C# concepts, object-oriented design, and data structures. - Proficiency in query performance and tuning in SQL Server. - Experience with Power BI, Excel, and VBA for Excel automation. - Familiarity with data analysis and visualization. - Good understanding of RDBMS and basic understanding of snowflake data warehouse.
