Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) - RD, JOB ID: 513 Location: Barota Position: 2 Experience: Fresher CTC: Rs.1.80 to Rs.2.40 LPA Education: Electrical Mechanical Engineering Job Overview: We are looking for two Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) in the RD department to join our client s team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering to start their careers in Research Development. The role involves working closely with senior engineers, learning about product development, and contributing to design, testing, and optimization processes. Key Responsibilities : Design Support Development : Assist in the design and development of new products or components under the guidance of senior engineers. Use relevant software tools (e.g., CAD) to assist with design modifications, modeling, and simulations. Prototyping Testing : Participate in the creation of prototypes for new products and assist in testing to evaluate performance and functionality. Conduct basic testing and analysis of prototypes, providing feedback for improvements. Research Analysis : Conduct research on new technologies, materials, and processes relevant to RD. Assist in analyzing data from tests and experiments to determine design or process effectiveness. Documentation Reporting : Maintain and update project documentation, including design specifications, test results, and development reports. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. Collaboration Learning : Collaborate with the RD team to brainstorm and implement new ideas. Continuously learn from team members and senior engineers to develop technical skills and industry knowledge. Requirements : Educational Qualification : A Bachelor s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution. Skills and Knowledge : Basic understanding of engineering principles in Electrical or Mechanical fields. Familiarity with CAD software and other engineering tools is a plus. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team environment and adapt quickly to new challenges. Personal Attributes : Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of RD. Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude. Ability to work under supervision while being responsible for assigned tasks.
