About the role
Install, configure, and maintain networking equipment and network operating systems. Assemble, disassemble, and troubleshoot computer hardware. Provide hardware support to clients through remote or field support. Troubleshoot and install CCTV cameras on-site. Install server racks, patch panels, and IO punch. Offer desktop support in the office. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in computer software and hardware. Knowledge of electronic components, communication, microcontrollers, processors, USB, LAN, RAM, and power supply. Experience in CCTV camera installation and troubleshooting. Ability to provide hardware support to clients. Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
