Technical Manager MEP

We are hiring an experienced Technical Manager MEP for a prestigious Data Center Project in Qatar . Previous Data Center experience is strictly mandatory. Candidates without Mission Critical Facility experience will not be considered. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 18+ years of experience in managing MEP engineering activities for large-scale Data Center projects. The selected candidate will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and oversee the design, coordination, technical review, execution support, and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, ELV, BMS, EPMS, UPS, HVAC, Chilled Water, Precision Cooling, Generators, MV/LV Systems, and Critical Infrastructure. Responsibilities include reviewing engineering drawings, technical submittals, RFIs, material approvals, method statements, value engineering proposals, commissioning plans, and ensuring compliance with client specifications and international standards. The candidate will coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within budget and schedule. Strong knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, IEEE, TIA-942, Uptime Institute Tier Standards , and Data Center best practices is essential. Experience in Mission Critical Facilities, commissioning, integrated systems coordination, and multidisciplinary engineering management is highly preferred. Mandatory Requirement: Minimum 18 years of experience with proven Data Center project experience is compulsory.
