About the role
Key Responsibilities * Design, implement, and optimize MPLS backbone and enterprise networks. * Lead complex troubleshooting and provide L3 technical support for critical network incidents. * Configure and optimize BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, L2VPN, and L3VPN environments. * Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for major network outages and service disruptions. * Plan and execute network migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure expansion. * Work on QoS, Traffic Engineering, High Availability, and network optimization. * Collaborate with telecom operators, ISPs, enterprise customers, and cross-functional teams. * Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical documentation, and knowledge base articles. * Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance during implementations and escalations. * Participate in customer discussions, solution planning, and technical reviews.
