About the role
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Structural Design Engineer located in Chennai. The role involves performing structural analysis, designing and reviewing structural systems, and collaborating with project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. The Structural Design Engineer will engage in drafting, modelling, and developing technical solutions using CAD tools. Additionally, the engineer will ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards throughout the design process.Proficiency in Structural Analysis and Structural Engineering using Staad. Pro. for onshore & oshore structural. Strong foundation in Civil Engineering principles Proficiency in international BS/EN/ASCE/ISO standards Experience with specification of international oil & gas clients (ADNOC, Aramco, PDO etc). Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools Proficiency in using AutoCAD software Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field with 3-4 years of Experience Prior experience in structural design and on-site project execution is an advantag
