Role Overview: You are invited to join EY as a Consultant/Senior Consultant for the Supply Chain & Operations team within the Business Consulting service line of EY Global Delivery Services. In this role, you will be focusing on working with Machine Learning and Optimization models related to Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and deliver bespoke solutions across the value chain including Demand Forecasting, Clustering, Inventory, and Logistics Optimization. - Utilize your functional knowledge of Supply Chain Functions such as Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics to drive insights and foresights. - Communicate inferences and insights effectively using visualization tools to stakeholders. - Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, design thinking, and a passion for problem-solving. - Prepare and deliver presentations for clients and management. - Work as part of a globally diverse consulting team to deliver actionable supply chain projects. - Acquire knowledge of new data analytics tools. - Review, validate data, and build optimization models, analytical reports, and presentations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor/Masters degree in engineering from Tier-1 institutes. - 4-8 years of analytics experience developing ML and Optimization models. - Experience with Python/R, SQL, Visualization tools such as Power BI/Tableau. - Knowledge of building user interfaces in Python or Java is a plus. - Experience in working with big data. - Strong communication skills and experience in customer-facing roles. - Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and highly focused individual.
