How will you make an impact in this role We are looking for an AI QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and accuracy of AI-powered applications, including LLM-based solutions, RAG systems, AI agents, and intelligent automation workflows. The role involves validating AI outputs, preparing ground truths, designing test cases, executing functional and regression testing, and automating quality checks. Title : Senior QA Engineer AI/ML Location : Gurugram Experience : 3- 5 Yrs Education : Bachelors / Masters in Software Engineering What You'll Be Doing : - Preparing test strategy - Design and execute test cases for AI-powered applications and APIs. - Validate AI-generated responses for accuracy, consistency, relevance, and completeness. - Test LLM applications, RAG workflows, and AI agent interactions. - Identify hallucinations, reasoning errors, and workflow failures. - Perform functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing. - Develop and maintain automated test suites using Python. - Validate structured outputs (JSON/XML) and API responses. - Log, track, and verify defects through resolution. - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to improve quality. What Were Looking For : - 3- 5 years of experience in AI Application Testing or Software QA, Test Automation - Strong understanding of Functional, Regression, Integration, and API Testing. - Experience with Python and API testing tools such as Postman. - SQL and data validation skills. - Understanding of LLMs, prompt testing, and AI output validation. - Familiarity with RAG systems and AI agents is preferred. - Experience with PyTest, Playwright, or Selenium is a plus.
