Freecharge Payment Technologies - Lead AI/ML Engineer - LLM Models

Job Description : We are looking for a Lead AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions leveraging Agentic AI, LLMs, Generative AI, and Machine Learning. You will build scalable AI systems, intelligent agents, and production-ready ML solutions that drive business impact. Key Responsibilities : - Design and develop Agentic AI and multi-agent systems. - Build AI applications using LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Google ADK, and similar frameworks. - Develop MCP-based AI infrastructure and integrate AI agents with APIs and enterprise systems. - Build, fine-tune, and deploy ML/Deep Learning models using PyTorch and TensorFlow. - Develop multimodal AI pipelines for text, image, and structured data. - Implement Human-in-the-Loop workflows (RLHF, feedback loops). - Deploy and monitor AI models in production. - Follow engineering best practices, CI/CD, testing, and code reviews. Required Skills : - 4 to 7 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering. - Strong Python programming skills. - Hands-on experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, and Generative AI. - Strong understanding of ML/DL concepts and production model deployment. - Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Google ADK, or similar frameworks. - Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol), LLMOps/MLOps, Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Good to Have : - Multi-Agent Systems. - RLHF. - Prompt Engineering. - RAG. - Vector Databases. - Cloud-native AI deployments. - FinTech domain experience. Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field. .
