As a D&T Analyst I, Cyber Security, Incident Response at General Mills in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in the Cyber Security team of the Global Shared Services Centre. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities and qualifications: Role Overview: You will be responsible for monitoring and investigating cyber security events on a 24x7 basis. This includes deep dive investigations of security events, analyzing malware through various tools, and ensuring alignment to SLAs. Your proactive approach will be essential in solving complex investigations and containing threats effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor SIEM and other tools for potential threats, intrusions, or compromises - Investigate the functionality, origin, and potential impact of threats including malware and phishing - Utilize General Mills forensic tools to understand the impact of malware on systems - Analyze malware in a sandbox environment to comprehend its impact - Escalate cybersecurity events according to General Mills Cybersecurity Incident Response Plan - Participate in incident retrospectives and develop reports on incident trends - Review investigations performed by peers and recommend improvements - Collaborate across Cyber and different functional verticals for maintaining quality and consistency - Participate in projects for process streamlining and detection finetuning - Demonstrate ability to work in 24x7 facility in rotating shifts - Good understanding of Cyber Security principles, MITRE framework, networking fundamentals, and protocols Qualifications Required: - Full-time graduation from an accredited university - 4 to 6 years of related work experience - Knowledge of SIEM, networking protocols, and Cyber principles - Good communication skills - Preferred certifications like Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+), EC-Council Certified Incident Handler (ECIH) At General Mills, you will be part of a global organization that values equity, inclusion, and innovation.
