As a highly experienced Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager at GlobalData, your role will involve leading the delivery of complex, strategic technology initiatives and programs across the organization. Beyond project execution, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end program outcomes, aligning with business strategy, and providing leadership across multiple interconnected workstreams. Your strategic and delivery-level operations will include partnering with senior leadership to shape priorities, ensuring high-quality execution across internal teams such as Development, Product, Design, Marketing, and Commercial functions. Your ability to bring clarity to ambiguity and drive measurable business value throughout projects and beyond will be crucial. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in delivering complex technology programs and projects - Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies - Strong experience in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including c-suite executives - Demonstrated ability to operate at a strategic level, managing program governance, risks, and KPIs - Experience in managing ambiguity and driving structure in fast-paced, evolving environments with an understanding of software development and technical concepts - Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent - Experience with change management and transformation initiatives - Strong understanding of product development - Familiarity with tools such as Jira or similar - Strategic thinking and a strong commercial mindset - Excellent communication skills - High resilience and adaptability to complex environments Key Responsibilities: - Own and lead large-scale transformation change programs, delivering against key strategic business objectives - Transform organizational strategic goals into actionable roadmaps - Partner with senior executives, including the CEO, to shape initiatives, define KPIs, and influence decision-making - Establish and maintain robust program governance providing clear visibility across all projects/workstreams - Act as the one source of truth across the program, overseeing multiple project workstreams, ensuring alignment, visibility, and dependency management - Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery, providing data-driven insights on progress and risks - Lead steering committees and senior forums to obtain timely decisions and drive alignment - Build strong relationships across the GD business and technology teams - Drive change management to support successful adoption and business readiness - Oversee program KPIs to ensure project success and commercial viability - Manage end-to-end delivery including go-to-market planning, ensuring coordination across marketing, sales, and customer success teams - Ensure operational readiness and successful realization of benefits - Contribute to the development of the PMO, defining standards and frameworks GlobalData is committed to diversity and creating supportive, inclusive environments where colleagues can succeed.
