About the role
As a UX Strategist & Website Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in leading website and portal user experience initiatives. Your responsibilities will include creating UX strategies, conducting audits, ensuring quality control, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and presenting solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare UX strategies for websites, portals, and digital platforms. - Analyze business goals and user requirements to define optimal user journeys. - Create sitemap recommendations, navigation structures, wireframes, and UX improvement plans. - Recommend best practices for usability, accessibility, and engagement. - Conduct UX audits for existing websites and portals. - Identify usability issues, inconsistencies, accessibility gaps, and conversion bottlenecks. - Prepare audit reports with actionable recommendations. - Perform UX and UI quality checks before deployment. - Ensure consistency in typography, spacing, alignment, button styles, design systems, responsiveness, and user flow behavior. - Coordinate bug reporting and follow-up with development teams. - Work closely with content team, UI/Design team, development team, project managers, and client service team to ensure recommendations are correctly implemented. - Conduct client meetings and UX walkthroughs. - Present audit findings, UX strategies, and improvement recommendations. - Explain design rationale and user-centric decisions to stakeholders. - Support project discussions and requirement gathering sessions. Qualification Required: - Strong understanding of UX principles and usability standards. - Experience in website/portal UX audits and QC processes. - Knowledge of responsive web design and accessibility standards. - Ability to review websites from both business and end-user perspectives. - Good eye for layout consistency, typography, spacing, and interaction quality. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and teams. Preferred Tools & Knowledge: - Figma - Adobe XD - Jira - Trello - Power point - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development workflows. - Familiarity with website analytics and UX metrics is an advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Detail-oriented with strong observation skills. - Ability to balance user experience with business objectives. - Comfortable handling client interactions and presentations. - Proactive in identifying UX improvements and process gaps. - Strong team coordination and documentation skills. Nice to Have: - Experience working with enterprise portals or large websites. - Exposure to SEO-friendly UX practices. - Experience creating UX documentation, wireframes, or heuristic evaluations.
