Position : Sr. Data Architect

Job Duties :

Under limited supervision, administer, test, implement and coordinate changes to complex databases; provide expertise during full project lifecycle; coordinate with Business Analysts and Business Users for data and BI development issues and develop data model; perform data analysis, validation, modeling, cleansing and verification, and identify mismatches; create complex stored procedures, SSIS packages, SSRS reports and dashboards; design complex reports based on business user requirements; troubleshoot and fix stored procedures, SSIS packages and SSRS reports on production servers; perform unit testing to test individual components; convert reports from SAS to SQL; execute performance tuning and query optimization, and resolve bottlenecks; schedule maintenance tasks; coordinate ETL testing and data migration/conversion testing; validate source to target data comparisons; maintain data integrity and consistency; discuss data and BI development issues with Business Analysts and users; ensure that applications are fully optimized, and maintain database integrity; specify users and access levels; create deployment plan for Production; mentor and assist less experienced team members; and use: Windows, Linux, UNIX, SQL Server, Oracle, Enterprise Manager, SQL Profiler, DTS, Performance Monitor, SSMS, SSIS, SSRS, SQL, C, C#, IDERA and related tools.

Minimum Qualifications Education

• Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);

• Experience : Two (2) years of experience as a Database Administrator, Database Architect, Software Developer, Data Warehousing Specialist or in a related occupation;

• Other Requirements:

• Experience must include two (2) years of work with SQL Server, SSIS and SSRS; must be willing to relocate.
