IT Network Administrator

We are hiring a skilled and proactive IT Network Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure at our Bavla facility. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices Monitor network performance and ensure high availability Configure VLANs, VPNs, and network security protocols Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues Ensure network security, firewall policies, and data protection Perform network upgrades and system improvements Maintain IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and routing configurations Monitor bandwidth usage and optimize performance Support ERP systems and internal business applications Maintain documentation of network architecture Coordinate with vendors for network AMC and upgrades Required Skills Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Experience in firewall and router configuration Hands-on experience with switches and VLAN setup Knowledge of VPN configuration and remote access systems Understanding of cybersecurity and network security tools Experience with network monitoring tools Hardware troubleshooting skills Problem-solving and analytical thinking Ability to manage multiple network issues efficiently Good communication and coordination skills Educational Qualification Any Graduate Experience Required 2 to 4 Years of experience as an IT System Administrator, IT Administrator, or Network Administrator Why Join HCP Wellness Work with a fast-growing cosmetic manufacturing company Exposure to advanced ERP and manufacturing systems Career growth opportunities in a structured environment Supportive and professional work culture Opportunity to contribute to digital transformation initiatives Stable and long-term career opportunity
