As a Developer (UI, Mobile), your role involves the analysis, design, construction, configuration, testing, and implementation of business and technical information technology solutions. You are expected to have a sharp eye for spotting defects, be a team player, and an excellent communicator. Here's a breakdown of your responsibilities: - Develop high-quality software with attention to detail - Contribute to research, development, deployment, and maintenance of software within the company - Work collaboratively in an agile team environment - Analyze and resolve business and technical problems using appropriate tools - Troubleshoot and resolve unforeseen production incidents - Develop application functionality, business logic, and user interactions on high-traffic applications - Participate in design architecture discussions and provide proactive solutions - Collaborate with senior developers in feature software design - Interact with customers to understand business and technical context - Lead the research, design, architecture, development, and support of IT solutions - Research, recommend, and implement new technologies and processes - Partner with product management to drive business value - Comply with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) requirements - Mentor staff and associate developers in the team - Provide technical guidance and mentoring to others - Resolve production downtimes/incidents promptly Your skills should include: - Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication - Ability to work in an agile environment - Experience with React, React Native, Angular, Native Mobile Development, etc. - Familiarity with front-end development tools and MVVM design pattern - Experience in service development for scalability and fault-tolerance - Knowledge of Unit Testing frameworks, design patterns, SOLID principles, etc. - Solid experience in cloud solutions and Continuous Delivery practices You should have: - 5+ years of experience in the IT/Technology industry - Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent - Agile experience is preferred Additionally, preferred qualifications may include: - Experience supporting transactional web systems in production environments - Knowledge of international or multi-level marketing business - Familiarity with monitoring tools and certifications for desired programming languages Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Compliance Documents, and CSR Policy are also important aspects to be aware of within the company.
